Competition window may be faster or slower FORWARD DIAGONAL, CROSS, TOUCH, BACK DIAGONAL, CROSS, TOUCH 1 Step/lunge left foot across front of right foot, but forward, approx. 18" to 24", stepping toward approx. 1:30 oclock. 2 Touch right toe out to right side but parallel with left foot 3 Hold/pause for one beat 4 Step/lunge right foot cross behind left foot, but back, approx. 18" to 24", stepping toward approx. 7:30 oclock. 5 Touch left toe out to left side but parallel with right foot 6 Hold/puase for one beat TURN 360 DEGREES LEFT, TRAVELING FORWARD, FORWARD, FORWARD, TOUCH SIDE 7 Step left ball of foot forward (toward 12:00, but the left toe will point approx. 10:00 - 11:00 oclock). Continue turning movement left, into next step. 8 Continue pivoting 1/2 turn to the left on ball of left foot as you step right ball of foot back, toward 12:00 oclock, but right toe pointing to approx. 5:00 -6:00 oclock. Continue pivoting on right ball of foot into next step. 9 Continue pivoting 1/2 turn to the left (facing 12:00 oclock) on right ball of foot as you step left foot forward, into 12:00. 10 Step right foot a longer step forward 11 Step left foot forward 12 Touch right toe out to right side, but parallel to left foot TURN 1/2 RIGHT, STEP, STEP, STEP, 1/4 PIVOT LEFT, PAUSE 13 Pivot 1/2 turn right on left ball of foot, as you step right foot forward into 6:00 oclock (now facing 6:00 oclock). 14 Step left foot forward 15 Step right foot forward 16 Step left foot longer step forward 17 Pivot 1/4 turn left on ball of left foot as right foot steps forward into 6:00 oclock (now facing 3:00 oclock). Weight is on right foot and left heel is raised approx. 1" off floor. 18 Set left heel on floor (weight now on left foot, right toe/ball still touching floor and extended to right side).
